The National Monuments Service's description
In gently undulating pasture. Not depicted on OS historic mapping. Monument identified as an oval-shaped earthwork by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 137: AP 4/3723). Visible as a rectilinear-shaped earthwork (approx. dims. 40m NE-SW x 36m NW-SE) with rounded corners on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13. Monument is visible as a subrectilinear-shaped earthwork on Google Earth orthoimages taken 18/11/2018.
