The National Monuments Service's description
In low-lying, wet pasture, which is cut by land drains and watercourses. A large complex of ring-barrows are clustered across the S area. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as six intersecting linear and slightly curvilinear-shaped cropmarks by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 261.12: AP 4/3664). Anomalies are visible as a series of at least six roughly linear and slightly curvilinear-shaped cropmarks (approx. L 400m) running NE-SW and NW-SE, N-S and E-W, covering an area of at least 20ha on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012 and on Digital Globe aerial orthophoto taken 2011-2013,. Not visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018.
