The National Monuments Service's description
On undulating pasture 180m N of the townland boundary with Gortboy and 320m E of the townland boundary with Ballyblake. Enclosures (LI023-191/-192----) are located 250m to the SW and SE. The enclosure is not depicted on historic OSi maps and is not visible on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-12. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 278, AP 4/3693) as an enclosure. The site of the enclosure is visible on the most recent Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018.
