The National Monuments Service's description
On flat pasture 40m S of the crest of a ridge above a shallow valley with good views in all directions. The site is located 315m W of the townland boundary with Galgoola and 480m SE of a ring-barrow (LI023-223----). The ring-barrow is not depicted on historic OSi maps. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 153; AP 4/3662) as an embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 20m). It appears to have been levelled as there are no surface remains visible on the most recent Google Earth orthoimages taken 28/06/2018.
