The National Monuments Service's description
On low-lying rough, wet pasture, cut by land drains and watercourses. Enclosure (LI023-039----) lies 30m to SW and standing stone (LI023-317----) lies 60m to SE. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a roughly rectangular-shaped cropmark by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 143: AP 4/3691). Monument is visible as a rectangular-shaped cropmark (22m NE-SW; 17m NW-SE) on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-2013. Not visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 25/05/2017.
