In level pasture, on an E-facing slope; moderate views N-S. Oval area (dims. 15.5m NNW-SSE; 13m ENE-WSW) defined by scarped edge (Wth 2.75m; H 1.6m) with cattle breach (Wth 2m) at ESE, and external fosse (Wth 5.15m; D 0.6m) NW-S. Outer edge truncated by drainage ditch (long-axis c. NW-SE) at W. Interior level and grass covered with briars around perimeter WSW-N.
