The National Monuments Service's description
In gently undulating pasture. Sub-oval, flat-topped mound (dims. 5m N-S; 4m E-W) defined by steep scarped edge (Wth 9.3m; H 3.7m) SW-E and more gradual scarp (Wth 13.2m; H 3.15m) E-SW. Constructed of earth and stone evident in areas exposed, at base to NW and NE, by animal action. Field boundary to NE has been removed.
