The National Monuments Service's description

In low-lying wet pasture with good views in all directions, 110m E of the townland boundary with Laskiltagh and Skagh. Monument surveyed by the ASI in 2000 and described as a raised circular-shaped area (diam. 32m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 6.3m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.7m) and external fosse (Wth 7.3m; D 1.2m) with causewayed entrance (Wth 6m) at E. A second similar entrance (Wth 5.5m) is visible at NW. The causeways are both low and are raised (H 0.3m) above the base of the fosse. A field drain runs into the monument at E and floods the fosse to a depth of 0.6m. A relic field boundary runs along the outer line of the fosse from SW-W-N-E-SE and a later field boundary runs along the outer line of the fosse from SE-S-SW. A steep break of slope in the exterior of the bank and the sides of the fosse may suggest the presence of a stone revetment. The interior is level and lightly overgrown with vegetation. Monument is visible as a circular-shaped tree-planted earthwork on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages taken 28/06/2018.

See attached sketch plan surveyed and drawn by ASI and Google Earth orthoimages.
