The National Monuments Service's description
Clonshire parish church (LI021-029001-) known locally as Templenacille stands in S quadrant of a rectangular shaped graveyard (LI021-029002-) enclosed by a post-1700 stone wall with entrance gate in S wall. The graveyard contained the shafts of two very ancient crosses in 1834 (Lewis 1837, 380). These crosses are no longer visible in the graveyard (Bradley et. al. 1989, 108).
This monument is subject to a preservation order made under the National Monuments Acts 1930 to 2014 (PO no. 2/2010).
