The National Monuments Service's description

In demesne of Stonevill House, c. 80m SSE of the house. Roughly circular area (diam. c. 25m) defined by low earthen bank, most evident SW-NNW, along which grow mature horse chestnut and beech trees. Probably a landscape feature associated with the house.
