The National Monuments Service's description
In rough pasture, on SE-facing slope of limestone crag. Circular area (diam. c. 20m) enclosed by dry-stone wall (H 1.6m). Enclosure abutted at SSE, N and NE by similar dry-stone walls which are part of surrounding field boundary system. Interior inaccessible due to dense overgrowth.
