The National Monuments Service's description

On elevated limestone crag, immediately to NE of derelict thatched roadside cottage. Monument, depicted on 1923 OS 6-inch map as circular embanked enclosure (diam. c. 20), is now inaccessible due to dense cover of thorn bushes and bramble. Westropp (1916-17, 33) described site as 'greatly defaced ... with a foundation of large blocks, 3 feet to 4 feet long'.
