The National Monuments Service's description
Situated immediately NW of a stream on a W-facing slope in gently undulating pasture with good views to N, W and S. Coniferous forestry has been planted up to the N and W borders. Indicated on the 1927 OS 6-inch map as an oval mound (c. 10m N-S; c. 5m E-W) immediately to the N of a stream, at a point where the stream meanders. The site is inaccessible due to dense scrub vegetation.
