The National Monuments Service's description

In level poorly-drained pasture. The monument consists of a central flat-topped roughly circular mound (diam. 24m; H 1.5m) surrounded by a broad flat-tppped earthen bank (Wth 12m; H 1.5m) with an external fosse and a counter-scarp bank. The diameter of the entire monument is 95m.
