The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a gentle E-facing slope in poorly-drained, undulating pasture with good views to S, E and NE. The monument consists of a roughly circular area (30m N-S; 25m E-W) defined by a scarped edge (Wth 2.7m; H 0.5m). There is a dip in the scarp at S (Wth 6.4m). The interior slopes down to the S.
