The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a natural platform in gently rolling pasture. The monument, depicted on the 1924 OS 6-inch map as an oval area (c. 15m E-W; 10m N-S) defined by a scarped edge, is now inacessible as it is covered by dense scrub vegetation.
