The National Monuments Service's description

In level pasture, c. 20m NE of another rath (LI013-034). The monument is heavily masked by dense scrub vegetation cover. It is depicted on the 1924 OS 6-inch map as a sub-oval enclosure (diam. c. 40m E-W by c. 40m N-S) defined by two concentric banks from N to SW and indicated by a line for the remainder of its circuit. The enclosure has been truncated by a stone wall from NNW to ESE. The internal bank (ext. H 1.43m; int. H 1.8m; Wth 0.8m) is constructed of earth and stone from W to N. A collapsed stone wall on the bank runs from W to S to E. A stone field wall running NW-SE cuts across the internal bank at W. There is a gap in the inner bank (Wth. 1.19m) at WNW. The external bank (ext. H 0.2m; int. H 0.65m; Wth 0.7m), evident from NW to N has been incorporated into the field boundary immediately to the N. The interior surface is uneven and is masked by dense scrub vegetation and fallen trees.
