The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture immediately S of an entrance road to Faha House. Situated on the demesne lands of Faha House that is located 150m to the E. Not depicted on the 1840 OS 6-inch map. Depicted as a landscape feature on the 1897 OS 25-inch map where it is shown as a roughly circular-shaped tree-planted area (approx. diam. 38m) indicated by a solid line in the same fashion as the surrounding field boundaries. No surface remains visible today. Cropmark of levelled enclosure visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 19/11/2019. This image clearly shows the levelled earthwork standing beside the avenue to Faha House along with earthworks related to the designed landscaping of Faha House and its demesne as shown on the 1840 OS map. Probably the remains of a tree-ring associated with the landscaping of the demesne lands of Faha House.
