The National Monuments Service's description
In elevated pasture, on undulating terrain. Monument, depicted as embanked circular enclosure (diam. c. 20m) on 1841 OS 6-inch map, has been truncated on N side by E-W field boundary. Now evident as D-shaped area (18.8m N-S; 23m E-W) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 0.8m; ext. H 0.7m) E->W, and defined by straight field wall on N side. Thorn bushes protrude from bank. Interior, under pasture, dips down gently towards centre and contains a scattering of loose stones.
