The National Monuments Service's description
On E-facing slope, in area completely covered with briars, immediately W of walled garden of Castle Hewson. Monument, depicted as roughly circular embanked enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on 1923 OS 6-inch map, is now completely covered by briar thicket.
