The National Monuments Service's description

Situated in grassland with stream marking townland boundary with Killeen 50m to W. Depicted on the first ed. OS 6-inch map as Killeen Church (LI011-065001-) with square shaped graveyard reused as a children's burial ground (LI011-065005-) adjoining S side of church. The boundary of this graveyard is indicated with a dotted outline. The graveyard area is not indicated on the revised editions of the OS maps and no boundary feature or gravemarkers are visible on Digital Globe aerial photograph. The Ordnance Survey field Name Books recorded that in the early 19th century that 'the ruins of Killeen Church and burial ground for still born children is situated here'. Possible medieval graveyard that was reused as a children's burial ground in the post-medieval period. No surface remains visible of any gravemarkers or low protruding stones in area to S of church, and no surface evidence for any graveyard boundary.
