The National Monuments Service's description

On elevated terrain, at N end of limestone ridge. Circular area (30.6m N-S; 29.5m E-W) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1.05m) E->S, and by substantial dry-stone bank (int. H 0.9m; ext. H 3.25m) S->NE. Stone bank cut through at N by seam of limestone outcrop which further protrudes to N. Level interior covered by deciduous trees.
