The National Monuments Service's description

In low-lying level terrain. Roughly oval area (50m N-S; c. 40m E-W) enclosed by collapsed dry-stone wall (H 1.2m; Wth 4m). All of interior, and most of enclosing element except on E side, is inaccessible as covered by dense overgrowth which extends out c. 5m from edge of enclosure. Arc of another earthen bank (int. H 0.15m; ext. H 0.75m; Wth 3m), c. 2m inside line of enclosing wall and concentric with it, is evident NE->SE. Field boundaries abut enclosure at N, S and W.
