The National Monuments Service's description

In level pasture, c. 50 N of public road from which approached via pathway across field. Roughly-rectangular graveyard (c. 60m E-W; c. 45m N-S) with rounded W end, enclosed by low stone wall. In NW quadrant is ruin of late-medieval parish church of Morgans/Dysert (LI010-03601-); a family burial vault has been built against outside face of E wall, at N end. Graveyard clear of overgrowth and filled largely with late-19th/early-20th century burial plots; earliest noted headstone dated 1785; no box tombs. In NW corner is recently-erected enclosed altar.
