The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on gentle S-facing slope. Circular area (22m N-S; 24m E-W) enclosed NNW->SSE by earthen bank (int. H 0.65m; ext. H 0.8m) with external fosse (D 0.3m; Wth 3.5m), and bounded SSE->NNW by field boundary. Bank is overgrown with briars and bushes, and fosse covered by rushes. Causeway entrance at E (Wth 3.4m). Interior slopes down gently to S and is poorly drained with stands of rushes.
