1tth century graveslab in St. Mary's Cathedral (LI005-017015-) described in the Urban Survey of Limerick (Bradley et. al. 1989, 321-2) as following; ‘Grave slab. Thomas Mahon & Anna Creagh. 1634. Rectangular slab with worn marginal inscription in the baptistry:
[ORATE PRO ANIMABUS THOMAE MAHON] QUI OBIIT 10 NOVEMB: 1631/ ET UXOR [ ]/ EIVS ANNA CREAGH [QUAE OBIIT NOVEMB: ] 1634
