16th century graveslab in St. Mary's Cathedral (LI005-017015-) described in the Urban Survey of Limerick (Bradley et. al. 1989, 322) as following; ‘’Thomas and Peter Creagh. 1497 & 1546. Limestone slab with Gothic lettered inscription, in the Arthur chapel:

CREAGH FILII EOR Q/ OBIIT NO DIE MAII AD 1546
