The National Monuments Service's description
A stone lined pit discovered in 1996 during pre-development excavation (Excavation Licence 96E0161). Found in association with a possible medieval house (LH024-041049-) and a well (LH024-041050-). (pers. comm. Eoin Corcoran (Archaeological Consultancy Services Limited))
