The National Monuments Service's description
According to the Irish Folklore Commission Schools' Manuscripts (674, 177-8) a holy well was sited in a field called 'Crotha' about 500 yards (c. 450m) from the church ruin (LH021-031001-) (IFC Schools MSS).
