The National Monuments Service's description

Discovered prior to road construction (Excavation Licence No. 99E0200). Situated c. 10m E of the River Dee. A small spread of burnt stone and charcoal-rich soil partially overlay a trough. The trough was sub-rectangular (2.12m x 1.5m) with sloping sides and had four large postholes cut through it. (Seaver 2000, 186-7)
