The National Monuments Service's description
To the E of the present chancel of St Mary's Church of Ireland is a very ruined building which may be the remains of the chancel of a medieval church (LH017-101007-), or at least indicate its original plan. (Davies and Tempest 1943, 200-3; Bradley and King 1985, 25)
