The National Monuments Service's description
Discovered prior to road construction (Excavation Licence No. 97E0475 ext.). A small portion of the site was exposed to facilitate development. A grey/brown, charcoal rich deposit containing a large amount of burnt stones was excavated. (Ó Drisceoil 2002, 213)
