The National Monuments Service's description

Excavated in advance of the construction of the M1 Dundalk Western Bypass (Excavation Licence No. 03E0113). Two hearths, and a series of pits, post-holes and stake-holes were uncovered. One pit contained 170 sherds of Early Bronze Age pottery and another contained a complete, but broken, polypod bowl. (Bayley 2006, 342)
