The National Monuments Service's description

Within the church of the Augustinian priory (LF026-016002-). This uninscribed tapering limestone graveslab (L 1.64m; top Wth 0.52; base Wth 0.32m; T 0.14m) rests on four dumb-bell piers from the cloister arcade. Its shape and dimensions imply a pre-AD 1700 date.
