The National Monuments Service's description
A land grant to Roger Farrall in 1620/1 included 'the castle [LF023-009001-], town and lands of Mornyn, with a water-mill' (Cal. pat. rolls Ire., Jas I, 490-91). The precise location of the water mill has not been identified.
