The National Monuments Service's description

Originally recorded as roundwood with occasional brushwood and split timber. Excavation in 2002 revealed short lengths of a togher (total L 8m) extending to the E and W of a platform (LF022-158001-). A date range of 50 BC-AD 130 was obtained (Whitaker 2009, 53).
