The National Monuments Service's description
A band (exposed Wth 3.1m; T 0.12m) of 200 to 300 densely packed twigs was visible in the E face of a drain. The band also included ten to twelve irregularly spaced pieces of brushwood (diam. 0.04-0.05m). The remains were also visible in the W section face, though the elements there were less compacted. No woodworking was visible. The evidence suggested that this was likely to be the remains of a platform. (Dunne 1999, 11, 99LBW0028A)
