The National Monuments Service's description
On a gentle SW-facing slope in pasture. A report in 1976 (SMR file) recorded a raised circular area (diam. c. 45m) enclosed by a wide low bank of earth and stone. There was no trace of a fosse and the original entrance was not recognisable. The remains of a limekiln (LF022-010002-) were visible on the inner face of the bank at W. The rath has been levelled and is loosely defined by an irregular scatter of stones that may mark the remains of a collapsed stone wall or may simply be field clearance.
