The National Monuments Service's description
On a gentle N-facing slope in pasture. A raised circular area (diam. 59.4m) enclosed by a wide low bank of earth and stone (Wth 6.1m; H 0.2-0.55m). From ENE-E-SSE and from WSW-W-NNW the outer face of the bank has been steepened and incorporated into the field boundaries. There is no trace of a fosse. A break (Wth 3.6m) in the bank at NNE may mark the original entrance.
