The National Monuments Service's description
A land grant to Richard Brown in 1620/1 included the 'castle [LF019-061001-] and lands of Castlereogh with a water-mill' (Cal. pat. rolls Ire., Jas I, 490). The precise location of the water mill has not been identified.
