The National Monuments Service's description

In level, low-lying pasture. Depicted as a large, circular enclosure with the designation 'Fort' on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. A report in 1976 (SMR file) recorded a slightly raised, roughly circular area (diam. c. 70m) defined by a shallow fosse. The original entrance was not recognisable and the interior was disturbed by field drains. It has since been levelled and is not visible at ground level.
