The National Monuments Service's description
A land grant to Connell McMurogh O'Feroll in 1621 included the 'castle [LF018-005----] and lands of Bealalcare and a water-mill' (Cal. pat. rolls Ire., Jas I, 533). The precise location of the water mill has not been identified.
