The National Monuments Service's description
At the highest point of a low NW-SE ridge in low-lying, wet pasture. A raised circular area (diam. 31.8m) enclosed by a low bank of earth and stone (Wth 4.8m; H 0.1-0.5m) with an external fosse (Wth 3.5m; D 0.3m). Fragmentary traces of drystone-walling are evident on both faces of the bank. The fosse is identifiable only from ESE-SE-SSE. The original entrance is not recognisable.
