In level, low-lying pasture. A report in 1976 (SMR file) recorded a raised subcircular area (c. 35m NW-SE; c. 29m NE-SW) enclosed by the remains of two substantial banks of earth and stone with a wide, deep, intervening fosse. The original entrance was at SE. Not visible at ground level.
