The National Monuments Service's description

Centrally placed within the interior of an enclosure (LF015-054----). A small, low, circular mound (diam. at base 7.2m; max. H 1m). The top of it (diam. 4.8m) is enclosed by a low bank of earth and stone (Wth 2.1m; H 0.3m). The area between the mound and the enclosing bank of the enclosure is relatively level and quite waterlogged.
