The National Monuments Service's description
On level pasture within demesne of 'Whitehill House'. Depicted as an oval-shaped raised area on the OS 26-inch plan (surveyed 1911). On inspection in 1975 the remains were visible as a low earthen bank which were not considered to be an antquity. There are no remains visible at ground level and, in all probability, this is a designed landscape feature, possibly a tree-ring.
