The National Monuments Service's description
A togher (Wth 1.5m; D 0.18m), orientated ENE-WSW, composed of a superstructure of three longitudinal, tangentially split, oak timbers and birch roundwoods and a substructure of large, transverse, oak roundwoods (L 3m max.). There was a smaller, possibly reused, morticed timber in between them.
