The National Monuments Service's description

On a gentle SSW-facing slope in pasture. Depicted as a circular enclosure with the designation 'Fort' on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. A slightly raised circular area (diam. 32.1m) defined by a levelled bank of earth and stone (Wth 3.15m; max. H 0.2m). There is no trace of a fosse and the original entrance is not recognisable. Most of the SW quadrant has been destroyed by quarrying.
