The National Monuments Service's description

Just outside the W end of the N wall of a church (LF013-045002-), within a graveyard (LF013-045009-). A circular depression (diam. 0.45m; D 0.16m) is carved into a boulder. Coins have been deposited in the depression as votive offerings. Almost all of the stone is below the present ground level. Another bullaun (LF013-045005-) lies in a rockery at the E end of the N wall of the church.
