The National Monuments Service's description

On a low knoll in pasture. Depicted as a circular enclosure with the designation 'Fort' on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. A circular area (diam. 30m) defined by a gentle scarp (H 1-1.5m), which has been incorporated into a curving field boundary from ESE-S-SSW. There is no trace of a fosse and the original entrance is not recognisable.
